An example of how Salah provides benefits is yoga. Some of yoga’s positions are exactly like the steps of Salah. This proves that Salah has some physical benefit because yoga is practiced for the purpose of physical strength. Another example is that the root cause of depression and anxiety in the Muslim youth is because of the fact that people pray without understanding the importance of prayer. As a result, they don’t find the beauty of their Salah. Now, in search of the modern techniques for the cure of depression, people are forgetting the greatest cure – Salah!
